The receiving airline warned that the recent phenomenon of some customers’ sensitive cargo being exported as general cargo is quite serious. As the air bill of lading cannot be changed after the security check, the security check and aviation costs are increasing, and it has a great impact on the safety of the cargo. In order to reduce the occurrence of delays, losses, damages, destruction and even fines, our company will implement the following requirements for such situations. Please be aware of the inconvenience. We apologize for the inconvenience!
1. If the sensitive goods are filled with general goods and lead to the security check, the freight will not be refunded;
2. Our company will not compensate if the sensitive goods are filled with general cargo and cause the security check to be returned, and the goods are damaged, lost or destroyed. If storage fees and fines are incurred, our company will charge the sender
