2. The consignor must provide detailed Chinese/English PACKING LIST and INVOICE;
3. Calculation method of overweight: actual weight/500KG = billed cubic number;
4. The length/width/height is more than 2 meters on one side or the destination port delivery fee for a single piece of more than 1.5 tons needs to be confirmed separately
5. If the goods are not compensated, please pack the goods yourself; if the goods are lost, the compensation will be 3 times the lost freight.
6. The packaging of fragile products must be in wooden racks/boxes, and a fragile guarantee is provided.
7. The goods delivered to our company must have a mark on the outer packaging of the goods. If there is no mark, the first warehouse will refuse to receive the goods, second, if there is confusion, or lost goods, our company will not be responsible.
8. The delivery is only downstairs, not upstairs; if the delivery driver needs to send upstairs or move into the warehouse, please negotiate with the driver by the consignee.
9. If the customer under-reports the value of the goods and is checked by the customs, the responsibility and expenses incurred shall be borne by the shipper.
10. The warehouse receives the goods only for external packaging inspection. If the external packaging is okay, the packaging will not be responsible. Fragile products are recommended to be packed in wooden racks. Our company will not be responsible for broken products.
11. If the sensitive goods in the goods are mixed with ordinary goods, the whole ticket will be charged as sensitive goods

Cargo classification
1. Sensitive goods: all liquids/powders, car engines, sex products, drugs, cosmetics, food, desktop computers, imitation brand goods, chemical products, mobile phone batteries, construction steel/steel and steel raw materials, CD discs, nutrition/health care Products, imitation brand products, ceramic tiles, tires, game consoles, air conditioners/refrigerator refrigerants; 2. Goods not accepted:

3. Except for the above goods, the others are general goods. Sensitive goods cannot be listed, subject to actual conditions.


Please ask the customer to do the packaging of the goods by himself, and no compensation will be made for the damage; if the goods are damaged/lost, the maximum compensation is 3 times the freight of the damaged/lost goods;
The following information is required for claim
a. Receipt form (receipt form must indicate the number of signed pieces, if 50 boxes of goods are entrusted to be transported, the actual receipt is 49 boxes, and the receipt form must indicate the receipt of 49 boxes)
b. Photos of the goods (if the outer packaging is found to be damaged, the number of goods is correct, but the goods inside are missing, you must provide the outer packaging photo when signing for the goods,
If only photos of the unpacked goods are provided, our company will not make claims)

It must be submitted to our company within 24 hours from the day of receipt of the goods, and relevant records and other evidence must be provided; no appeal is allowed beyond the time limit;
